Stayhome2shop will accept the return of any product, however, the customer must show a duty of care while the goods are in their possession. Were ever possible the customer should return a product with the original packaging to insure that the product is not damaged on its return.
In order to return goods, please contact the e-Store by email at CS@stayhome2shop.com quoting your order number. The courier company will then be issued with an Authorised Return Label instructing them to collect the parcel from your address and return it to the e-store.
Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) within 30 days of cancellation, and the product has been received in a acceptable condition.
If we agree to provide you with a refund we will instruct "Bank" to credit your credit card account within 30 days of cancellation of the returned product.
Your right to cancel, you have the right to cancel any order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
